Customer Service Payment Center Remains Open During Construction. A construction project is currently impacting the District's parking lot. The Payment Center remains open during normal business hours, and we're here to serve you. Customers may park in any available space in the area. Construction is expected to be complete by mid- to late-summer 2026.
